Mark Reinmiller
Account Director
As Account Director and Co-Owner at Kinectiv, Mark is focused on big picture strategy for both our team and our clients. His main responsibilities are building relationships, focusing on business development, and offering creative and strategic direction. Mark lives in Downtown Lancaster with his wife Rachael (owner of Commonwealth Kitchen and Cafe) and their daughters Reiya and Reyna. He's an avid Eagles fan, loves the band Rush, and was a professional musician before taking the stage at Kinectiv.
Zane Harnish
Lead Web Developer
Zane is the Lead Web Developer at Kinectiv. His primary job is coding websites, but he's involved in every step of the website process. From helping mold the initial site concept to joining the grammar police on the final product, Zane always makes sure our websites are top-notch. Outside the office, Zane loves reading books, geeking out over science and technology, and playing ultimate frisbee. On occasion, you might also find him looking for dark skies with a good view of the Milky Way.

Megan is an avid reader, runner, and soccer player who enjoys building Lego sets. Whether absorbed in a book or playing Luigi's Mansion 3 on her Nintendo Switch, she finds joy in downtime. Inspired by her passionate team, Megan looks forward to connecting with people, hearing their stories, and building relationships in her role. Trust is key in her client relationships, ensuring their best interests are prioritized. Adding a touch of charm, her two rescued cats, Lafayette and Mum, were adopted from the Pet Pantry of Lancaster.

Josh is the Artistic Director and Co-Owner of Kinectiv. A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, he has been working as a graphic designer for over 20 years. His passions include bringing brands to life and facing the challenges that come with layout design. He helps oversee projects’ creative and visual elements while also staying heavily involved in day-to-day design needs. Outside of work, you can find Josh spending time with his wife and two kids, watching movies, or playing the drums.

Meet Emma, a passionate graphic designer who loves illustration, packaging, and branding. Growing up as a shy and quiet kid, creativity became Emma's way of communicating, making graphic design a natural choice. She finds inspiration everywhere, analyzing packaging and menus for ideas. Outside work, Emma enjoys crocheting, cooking, reading, and delving into the world of Pokémon. With her eye for detail and diverse interests, she brings creativity and impact to every project she undertakes.

Content Marketing Associate
Aurora is one of our Content Marketing Associates passionate about creating impactful brand experiences. She crafts compelling copy and curates engaging content. When Aurora isn’t working, she enjoys quality time with friends. You’ll often find Aurora channeling her creativity into DIY projects. In her free time, she enjoys family moments, works on her boutique, and hunts for the best spicy margarita in town. Motivated by Kinectiv's collaborative environment, Andrea looks forward to building meaningful client relationships through expert guidance on projects. She values open communication and transparency for successful partnerships. A fun fact: Andrea's family includes a Corgi named Luna and her son, Liam.

Zach's hobbies outside work include writing & producing music, playing gigs with his five different bands, working out, backpacking trips, longboarding, eating clean, and spending time with family and friends.

As an Account Relations Manager, Winona excels in optimizing client experiences. She builds strong relationships and empowers Account Coordinators to serve clients well.
